Exchange & Return Policy

At House of Stags, we aim to keep our exchange and return process simple, fair, and transparent.

Eligibility

  • Exchange or return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery (day of delivery included).

  • Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for:
    • Size issues
    • Incorrect product received

  • We offer free size exchanges.

  • Exchanges are processed for the same product or another product of equal value.

  • If the selected exchange product is of a higher value, the price difference must be paid online.

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged once the exchange request is approved.

Conditions for Exchange

  • The product must be:
    • Unused and unwashed
    • In original condition
    • With original tags and packaging intact
  • Products that are used, washed, or damaged will not be eligible for exchange.

Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds are only provided in genuine cases of defective or damaged products.

  • To request a return or refund, please contact us with:
    • Order ID
    • Clear images of the issue

  • If, upon inspection, the issue is found to be caused by usage, mishandling, washing, or normal wear, the product will not be eligible for return or refund.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment or a provided bank account, as applicable.

  • In exceptional cases where a return is approved (other than defects), a ₹100 deduction may apply to cover reverse pickup logistics.

Important Notes

  • Slight variations in colour or design may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or production differences.
    Such variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Products purchased during sales or using discount codes are not eligible for refunds.

  • Exchange or return requests are limited to one request per order.

  • Any product that has been used or washed cannot be exchanged or refunded.

  • Please do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery.

Right to Refuse

House of Stags reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return if the product does not meet the above conditions.
