We accept UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible pincodes.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.
When will I receive my order?
Orders within India are typically delivered within 5–8 working days.
Delivery to certain regions such as Jammu & Kashmir and North East India may take up to 10 working days.
How will I know when my order is shipped?
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email.
What if my order shows delivered but I haven’t received it?
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification. We will coordinate with the courier partner and investigate the issue.
Exchanges & Returns
What if the product doesn’t fit me?
No worries. We offer free size exchanges. You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
What if I receive a defective or damaged product?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
Can I return a product for a refund?
Refunds are issued only for defective or damaged products.
Size-related issues are eligible for exchange, not refunds.
Are sale or discounted products eligible for return?
No. Products purchased during sales or with discount codes are not eligible for refunds.
Product & Care
Will the product colour look exactly the same as on the website?
Slight variations in colour or design may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or production differences. These variations are not considered defects.
Can I exchange a product after using or washing it?
No. Products that are used or washed are not eligible for exchange or return.
