Orders within India are usually delivered within 5–8 working days, depending on the delivery location.

In certain regions such as Jammu & Kashmir and North East India, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

In rare cases, delivery timelines may extend due to factors such as public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or product availability.
Shipping Partners

We ship our orders using reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, Blue Dart, and Ecom Express, depending on serviceability and location.
Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email.

If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us at support@houseofstags.com.
Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows the order as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 48 hours of the delivery notification.

We will raise the issue with our courier partner and conduct an investigation.

The investigation process may take up to 10 working days.

In genuine cases where the delivery issue is confirmed, an appropriate resolution will be provided.
Please note that orders marked as delivered are often received by family members, neighbours, or office reception/mail rooms.
