At House of Stags, we aim to deliver your orders in a timely and reliable manner. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery process.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

  • Orders within India are usually delivered within 5–8 working days, depending on the delivery location.

  • In certain regions such as Jammu & Kashmir and North East India, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

  • In rare cases, delivery timelines may extend due to factors such as public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or product availability.

Shipping Partners

  • We ship our orders using reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, Blue Dart, and Ecom Express, depending on serviceability and location.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email.

  • If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us at support@houseofstags.com.

Delivered but Not Received

  • If tracking shows the order as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 48 hours of the delivery notification.

  • We will raise the issue with our courier partner and conduct an investigation.

  • The investigation process may take up to 10 working days.

  • In genuine cases where the delivery issue is confirmed, an appropriate resolution will be provided.

Please note that orders marked as delivered are often received by family members, neighbours, or office reception/mail rooms.

Important Notes

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout are not the responsibility of House of Stags.

  • Once the reporting window has passed, it may not be possible for us to take action with the courier partner.
